Through the National Student Exchange (NSE), New College students can study abroad while paying tuition to N
ew College on one of the following University of Wisconsin - Green Bay exchange programs: How it works:
  • Review the NSE eligibility to exchange requirements posted here and contact Florence Zamsky (
  • Complete an NSE application requesting placement at University of Wisconsin - Green Bay (Click on APPLY NOW)
  • Complete the appropriate UWGB program application 
Application Deadlines:
  • For Fall semester: NSE application due February 15, UWGB program application due March 1st, Declaration for Off-Campus Study due April 1st 
  • For Spring semester: NSE application and UWGB program application due October 1st, Declaration for Off-Campus Study due November 1st
